Process

We generally do two types of work.

  1. A new web site from scratch
  2. Updating or amending an existing web site

New Web site

  1. Once we have ascertained the style and complexity of the site you require, we quote you for the work.
  2. We will send you an email containing a link to an online quotation.
  3. If you are happy with the quote, we will invoice you for a 50% down-payment for the work.
  4. We will sign you up for the domain name(s) and hosting you require.
  5. We then provide a number of designs for you to choose from, and we will fine-tune these to your preferences.
  6. The site will then be created to the industry standards and fully tested.
  7. We will provide a link for you to view and comment upon your site prior to it being fully available.
  8. Once you are completely happy, we will make your site live and register it with the ten top search engines - including Google, Yahoo and MSN.
  9. We then invoice you for the other 50% of the cost.
  10. Every year we will invoice you for the ongoing cost of hosting, and every two years for the domain name renewal.

Existing Web Sites

This is generally fairly straight forward

  1. If you give us details of the changes or amendments you need, we can quote you for the work at our usual rate.
  2. We will send you an email containing a link to an online quotation.
  3. If you are happy with the quote, we will invoice you for a 50% down-payment for the work.
  4. We need certain technical details from you about your hosting provider, and the passwords and usernames to access their FTP servers. We need this information before we start and getting everything set up can take a little time.
  5. We make the changes.
  6. You pay the balance when you are happy with the work.
